Hi,
after I updated to XStore and Elementor, I’m unable to click and expand the images in galleries. Clicking on galleries also trigger this error in the console:
Uncaught (in promise) ReferenceError: DialogsManager is not defined
Deactivating Elementor somehow fixes the problem, but it really isn’t a valid solution.
XStore theme version: 8.0.2
XStore core version: 4.0.2
Elementor version: 3.3.1
Hello,
Thanks for using our theme.
Go to Theme Options > Speed optimization > Disable elementor dialog js option. Let us know the result

Hi Rose,
the solution you suggested did not work. I’m still getting the same error in the console.
Hello,
Provide URL of page with the problem, temporary wp-admin, and FTP access, so we can take a closer look.

Hi Olga,
unfortunately the issue is still occurring.
Hello,
Clear all cache (plugin, cache of browser) and check – https://gyazo.com/832b6fd7fe15afba4c075f501dcf1e79

Hi Rose,
to be clear, it does work when I’m logged in to the WordPress admin, or when I’m in the Elementor or XStore editor. However, it doesn’t work the minute I log out.
I did clear my SiteGround and browser cache, tried using Safari + Chrome + Firefox + Chrome mobile, as we as private/incognito mode.
Hello,
I see that you use Cloudflare CDN. Log in to your account to allow us to clear the CDN cache https://ani-mecha.com/wp-admin/options-general.php?page=cloudflare#/login

Hi Olga,
we don’t use Cloudflare CDN.
Hello,
Any kind of server cache or something?
Regards
Hi Olga,
The site is hosted on SiteGround, so that’s the only server cache available. When you login to the WP admin, there is an option on the top bar to “Clear SG Cache”, and that should clear the SiteGround Cache.
I have cleared the cache multiple times, and I don’t believe this to be a caching issue.
Are your devs able to reproduce the issue?
Hello,
Check now, please.

Hi Olga,
it works now, thank you!
If you don’t mind me asking, what was the fix?
Hi Olga,
Now I have the issue where the XStore Single Product Page gallery is showing 2 lightboxes. It seems that the Elementor lightbox and XStore lightbox are not playing nice with one another.
If I go to “XStore -> Single Product Builder -> Gallery -> Lightbox” and turn this option off:
– The Elementor Gallery will work as intended and show the Elementor lightbox when clicked
– Instead of showing the XStore lightbox, the Single Product Page will show the Elementor lightbox instead. The issue with the Elementor lightbox here is that you can’t navigate the gallery with the arrows.
If I go to “XStore -> Speed Optimization -> Disable Elementor Dialog Js” and turn this option on:
– The Elementor Gallery will not show the Elementor lightbox when clicked
– The Single Product Page gallery will work as intended and show the XStore lightbox.
Is there a way for the Single Product Page to only use the XStore lightbox, and the Elementor galleries to only use the Elementor lightbox?
Hello,
Edit page using Elementor page builder > go to Site settings > Lightbox > Image Lightbox > disable http://i.prntscr.com/LaTcdLASTPqlWt-6ejim-w.png

Thanks Olga! Everything works perfectly now.
