To begin with, we kindly request you to correctly set the Instagram Account Authorization APIs. This can be done from the Xstore Dashboard.

Subsequently, please adjust the settings of the Instagram element on your page and select the user there. Alternatively, you may provide us with temporary wp-admin access, and we would be more than happy to assist you with this task.
