Unable to customize product archive page using elementor

Unable to customize product archive page using elementor. It show bad look while applying any template or starting from scratch. elements hide behind header. Row and column design and product design looks bad. and too many problems while trying to modifying archive page. I didn’t face this type of problem while editing single product page using elementor. What can I do please help me.

Could you please provide temporary wp-admin access? We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

Some area of First element in any page edited by elementor is hidden under header. I increased top margin in home page so its look normal. Please solve this problem also.

1/ We’ve disabled Header overlap via Theme Options
https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/troubleshooting/how-to-enable-header-overlap/

2/ We’ve added a new template. Please test how the XStore Builders > Products Archive > template editor works now.
