i didn’t find footer customization option in x-store them options as well Eelementor plugin

Hello,

Enable Elementor for static blocks – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/support/static-blocks/ , then go to Static blocks in Dashboard and edit Footer using Elementor.
