Hi I’m trying to edit my Shop Page with Elementor. But I can’t load it. I get an error message and then it asks me to open in safe mode and then says “The Preview couldn’t be loaded”.

    Please help.

    Please, contact administrator

    Hello, @Intermarket Guest Amenities,

Thank you for choosing XStore as your WooCommerce WordPress theme.

Please be informed that the Shop page serves as an archive page for products and, as such, is not editable via Elementor by default. You need to use the builder – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/xstore-builders/xstore-products-archive-builder-with-elementor/

We hope this helps. Should you require any further assistance, please do not hesitate to reach out. We are here to help you.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team

Thank you for your very swift response. Although this is a slightly different question it’s part of the same problem. Why I tried to edit this page differently is because the Archive Product Widget is only showing the top tier categories (x6) and I have 25 categories in total that I would like to show as well as all of my products on the Shop Page but I can’t see a query option for this widget. How do I make ALL products appear on the shop page and then clients can use the filter on the page to find the product they want. I am not getting this right.

    Dear @Intermarket Guest Amenities,

We hope this message finds you well. I am writing to provide some clarification regarding the display settings on your shop page.

    1. When you select “Show categories” under the Product Catalog settings, only the parent categories will be displayed by default on the shop page.

    2. To display all products, the Product Archive element may not suffice as it shows products based on the current query of the shop page. Instead, I recommend using the Product Element. Please adjust the product limit setting to -1 to display all products. You can find detailed instructions here: https://prnt.sc/Vn9bXsbk81zG.

We trust this information will be helpful to you. Should you have any further questions or require additional assistance, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
