Unable to get the Xstore core plugin installed and activated

Hi,
I’ve recently started redeveloping a website and have switched from the WooPress theme to Xstore but it seems to be stuck in a loop when trying to install the Xstore core plugin.

When I activate it it doesn’t seem to recognise and loops bac asking to activate it again.

Can you have a look please?

Apologies, I gave you the incorrect admin login url. Here is a screenshot: https://snipboard.io/cD1ehm.jpg

When I click activate it still doesn’t let me download the plugins or access theme options.

Also this is a staging site and can you add the main domain under the license please: waferltd.co.uk
