Unable to import demo prebuilt websit e - by ravi

I tried all the ways but even after all the efforts nothing came out. I am unsuccessful in importing the demo prebuilt website. It shows only welcome to setup wizard or nothing please help me. See the screenshot plz

Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

1/ We recommend executing the import on a clear WordPress installation. You can accomplish this by using the WordPress Database Reset plugin, which can be found at https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/. This plugin enables you to erase all existing content and install a fresh version.

2/ Afterward, Please disable all (3rd) third-party plugins including (cache plugin), except required plugins on your site and then Import the demo on your site again.
