i am facing problem into demo import demo is not working as unable to change logo

1/ We kindly request that you deactivate all third-party plugins on your site, with the exception of those that are essential for its operation.
2/ We recommend running an import on a fresh WordPress installation. To do this, you can use the WordPress Database Reset plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/). This plugin can be used to remove all existing content and install a new version from scratch.
Please do the reset, and import the demo site again on your site.
We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

If the issue persists, please reset your site and let us know which demo site you wish to import and provide your site wp-admin access in the private content area so that we can import the demo on your site and help you.
