Unable to import dummy data - by Happy fellows

    Hello Team,

    I bought the theme just yesterday and i am trying to install the theme but straight away landing into troubles,

    1. unable to install theme using upload, later uploaded the extracts through filezilla, where it showed errors like error in importing some demo data. However, the theme is activated after using ftp.
    2. After installation, installed all the plugins later when i am going to 8theme options, i dont see any options under import & export –> dummy content, when i am clicking on this i dont see any option to install demo content.

    Hi,

    Now i am trying to make a fresh install, in the same directory and checked all the essentials before uploading, every criteria is met, but am unable to install the theme.

    Kindly check and help me out with a solution pls

    Hello,

    Provide, please, also temporary FTP access. We’ll help you with theme installation. What version of our theme do you want to install?
