Unable to Insert Templates from template library

Hello,
We are currently working with the X-Store theme’s medical demo and are experiencing issues related to the template library. Specifically, we are unable to add or insert templates from the template library into the pages we are building.

We have used WP Bakery Builder with no issues when adding templates provided by the previously used theme. Our concern is why we can’t use the XStore templates in the same way. We are attaching a screenshot from the WP Bakery Builder of the previous theme, where each template had an ‘Add’ option, which appears to be missing in the XStore templates
