    Hello,

We are currently working with the X-Store theme’s medical demo and are experiencing issues related to the template library. Specifically, we are unable to add or insert templates from the template library into the pages we are building.

Additionally, when attempting to import a demo using a page URL, we receive the following error message: “It seems you used the incorrect request URL. Go to the demo and make sure that you copied the correct path to the page.”

Could you please provide guidance on how to resolve these issues? Your assistance would be greatly appreciated.

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Hello, Merin,

Thank you for reaching out to us.

1/ “Specifically, we are unable to add or insert templates from the template library into the pages we are building.” – please provide some screenshots.

2/ What exactly page did you try to import? Let us know the URL.

Provide us with FTP access, and we will check the problem more deeply.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Best Regards,

    Hello, Merin,

1/ We understand that it is asking for a registration key, and we are here to assist you.

Please read detailed information about bundled plugins here https://help.market.envato.com/hc/en-us/articles/213762463-Bundled-Plugins
Free versions of the WPBakery or Revolution slider or any other premium plugin just do not exist!

We would like to inform you that all premium plugins included with our theme are external products for which we have secured the Extended License, allowing us to incorporate them into our theme. Please note that registration of these plugins is not mandatory, as they are fully operational without activation.

The activation feature within these plugins is designed for customers who wish to receive automatic updates and direct support from the plugin developers. Additionally, plugin authors may introduce exclusive or just additional features to encourage customers to purchase the plugins directly from them. Unfortunately, this is a situation that affects not only us but all theme authors on the ThemeForest platform.

Unfortunately, if you want to import templates from the Revolution slider or WPBakery template library you need to buy the personal license of plugins. Extra features do not come with the extended license, this is Revolution slider authors rules. We and all theme authors on the ThemeForest platform can do nothing about this.

2/ In the URL you provided “elementor” is mentioned, which means the page was created using the Elementor plugin, not using WPBakery. Please try to import pages created WPBakery, for example – https://xstore.8theme.com/demos/2/niche-market03/about-us/

    1. We have used WP Bakery Builder with no issues when adding templates provided by the previously used theme. Our concern is why we can’t use the XStore templates in the same way. We are attaching a screenshot from the WP Bakery Builder of the previous theme, where each template had an ‘Add’ option, which appears to be missing in the XStore templates

    Screenshot 1 : https://snipboard.io/5SEYz9.jpg

    2. We attempted to import pages using the provided URL, but we keep encountering the same error message: [Oops, it seems you used the incorrect request URL. Go to the demo and make sure that you copied the correct path to the page. Example: https://xstore.8theme.com/informations/.%5D

Please help troubleshoot this issue, as we’ve tried importing different URLs but continue to receive the same error message. We may need to import URLs in the future as well, so resolving this is important.

    Hello, Merin,

I hope this message finds you well.

    1) We would like to inform you that our template import system for WP Bakery Builder differs from the one you have previously used. If you wish for our system to resemble the one you are accustomed to, please submit a request to the appropriate department at [8Theme Taskboard](https://www.8theme.com/taskboard/).

    2) We have identified and addressed an issue with the demo import functionality. Please verify the resolution at your earliest convenience. The fix has been implemented in patch “9410833”. However, it appears that there may be insufficient permissions on your WordPress installation to apply the patch automatically. Consequently, we have made direct modifications to the following files:
    – et-core-plugin/app/models/pages-import/js/import.js
    – et-core-plugin/app/models/pages-import/template-parts/popup.php

Please note that this fix will also be included in the next update.

Should you require any further assistance or have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us.

    Best Regards,
    8Theme’s Team
