UNABLE TO INSTALL THEME - by olushalom - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hello, I bought a Xstore license but i have not been able to use it because i was trying to install on the main site, the plugin installation always give error and stop, so i wish to install and use on a subdomain to test and build the site but its saying i have reached number of use already meanwhile its not running on any site yet , please help

Hello,

You can activate the theme now.
In case if automatic plugin installation fails (as a rule it is because of your server settings https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/xstore-theme-requirements/), you can install them manually via your Dashboard: Plugins > Add New > Upload Plugin > Browse plugins archives. Or via FTP, by uploading and extracting the plugin zip files into wp-content/plugins folder. You can find the zip files for plugins installation here – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/

Can i activate it on my subdomain and later delete the subdomain and reactivate on my main domain without any problem

Hello,

Yes, you can. Just do not forget to deactivate the theme – https://prnt.sc/vks561 before deleting.
