Hi,
I’m unable to log into my wordpress admin dashboard as I get the following error message, ‘There has been a critical error on this website. Please check your site admin email inbox for instructions.’
My hosting provider is saying that from thier error logs they can see that the problem is the xstore theme causing fatal errors preventing me accessing the dashboard.
I was logging in to upgrade the theme and plugin to the latest version just released as I have seen this has fixed error messages on my two other xstore themed sites.
The website appears to be working fine.
Are you able to ftp in and update the theme and plugin to your latest version please, if you think this may cure my issue?
