Unable to open shop categories by clicking on individual images

Hi,

I have noticed one MASSIVE problem on my website. Customers are unable to open individual categories on the shop page, as if there were no links upon clicking on the category images

Can you please check?

Only way for me or visitors to get to the individual categories is to go via the header menu.

Hello,

Fixed. Clear cache and check now, please. Do not activate Sticky sidebar for Off-Canvas type (Theme Options > WooCommerce > Shop page Layout)

thanks. But that is more a workaround and not a fix

The off-canvas sidebar has been working all along and was a nice and clean way to show or hide filtering options. And at least a few updates ago it was working without any issues and with caching enabled.

Now it is all messed up and shown on the bottom of the page

and from some testing and what I could test on various browsers and devices it is broken only on desktop. On mobile the off-canvas sidebar works normally

cache has been cleared and the issue persists also with caching plugin disabled.

Please clear all cache (plugin and browser) and check now. If this doesn’t help, provide FTP access, and change permission for the user so we can clear Rocket cache https://prnt.sc/G_LMlj8zrL08

HI,

all cache in the plugin and browsers has been cleared. Now I do see the content of the sidebar hidden from underneath the product but the sidebar cannot be opened at all – the element is unclickable
