    Hi,
    Although our webpage is still very simple, the internet explorer on Windows Phone cannot open the webpage. It will take 10-20 seconds to load the page and then close down. What might be the reason for the website to lead to an internet explorer crash on Windows Phone?

    Thanks for your help,
    David

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

    Is there a way to still enable it on desktop and tablet devices? This is one of the features we bought this theme for.

    Hello,

    You can enable the option back and add this code in Theme Options > Custom CSS > Custom CSS for mobile:

    .fixed-header-area {
      display: none;
    }

    Regards,
    Eva Kemp.

    I tried this, unfortunately, it still crashes the browser.

    Is there anything else we could try?

    Hello,

    Meanwhile the only solution is to disable fixed navigation in the Theme Options. Please do this.

    Regards,

    Hi Eva,

    Are you still working on fixing this or do we need to consider returning this theme?

    Best,
    David

    Hello,

    We’ve forwarded this issue to our developers and they will fix it in the next theme update.

    Sorry for inconveniences.

    Best regards,
    Jack Richardson.
