Unable to save changes on homepage through Elementor

We’re unable to make any changes to the homepage and save it through Elementor. We keep getting server error message.

We have already tried increasing the memory limit from the host among other things that were recommended to do by Elementor support forums.

Hello, @IvanMTK,

I have just checked your site now and find that you are using a very old version of the theme and have missed a lot of theme updates in between your current running theme version and the latest version of the theme.

You can check the changelog of our theme here: https://xstore.8theme.com/update-history/

So you have to update the theme and Core plugin to the very latest version and then check back.

Thank you for looking into this.

Unfortunately, we are not in a position to update theme and core plugin due to the fact that we have tried doing so in the past and it did not resolve our issue and more importantly, it broke a lot of sections in the website.

We are close to launching so we are trying to resolve this and we will spend time after the launch to go through the process of updating the theme + core plugin.

One thing to note, this issue with homepage started happening out of nowhere. We have not made any changes recently that would cause this to occur. it was working fine in the past and just started not working in the last few weeks.

We would appreciate your help looking into this and helping us resolve the issue until we update the theme. Thank you

I can understand your situation but as you can read this official Elementor documentation about this issue: https://elementor.com/help/500-error/ it is not a theme-related issue. In the article, you can read to know, why the issue appears on the site and how you can fix it.

I am sorry but this is totally independent of our theme. You can try to reach out to Elementor support for this as well.

Hello,
Thanks for sending over this article over. I’ve gone ahead and followed all the steps described in order to troubleshoot the issue and nothing seems to be fixing the problem. I suspect it has to do with the theme because we have experienced this exact problem in the past and you guys resolved it under a separate thread, I just don’t know what exactly was performed in order to resolve it.

i am also facing same issue anything i tried to make changes i end up using yellowpencil css editor afterwards something else in design gets messed up.

Whatever i add in single page builder using xtore builder via elementor its not showing same edits on the single page i was trying to edit can you please take a look.
