Unable to setup demo content - by Basch - on WordPress WooCommerce support

Hi,

I am trying to setup the demo pages from the Victoria layout, but the importer isn’t working.

Could you please assist me with this problem?

Hello,

Please ask your host to increase post_max_size, upload_max_filesize and memory_limit values.
Check if allow_url_fopen function is enabled otherwise you need ask your host to enable it and after that try to import Victoria template again.

I’ve set the PHP limits to the following:

upload_max_filesize = 50M
post_max_size = 50M

The host has a whitelist for IP addresses to connect to with CURL, can you please give the IP address or domain name where the CURL is getting the files from?

I just got answer from my hosting. They need a exact IP adress of the theme so they can whitelist it.
