Hi,

There are 2 websites that are abandoned.

I cannot find the theme folder as it has been a while.

Plus, the backend is not working now.

May I ask how can I update the theme and how can I make the backend work again?

This is the 3rd one that we recycled but does not have the updated theme as we purchased too many XStore so we cannot identify which one matches.

Update the theme and plugins via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
Or provide us with temporary FTP access.

Hello,

What version of theme do you use on that site? Register button could be inactive if you use the out of date version of the theme with the WP 5.5. So, try to update the theme and core plugin to the latest version and then try to activate the theme again.

Hello,

Theme is not updated on that site http://prntscr.com/vcgfnd It’s 6.3 version but the latest version is 7.1.
So, please, remove the out of date version of the theme and install the latest one.

Hello,

No matter what license you use. You can find the latest version in the Downloads area of your ThemeForest account http://prntscr.com/vcr1zx All the purchases include the latest version. License code is required only to activate theme, not to download the update from your TF account.
