Unable to Update Theme and Mobile Friendly Warning

Hi there,

I have purchased Xstore theme few months back. Unfortunately, the WordPress backend is now allowing me to update the theme. Following error is displayed while updating

Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

The second issue is with Google mobile friendly test: https://search.google.com/test/mobile-friendly?utm_source=mft&utm_medium=redirect&utm_campaign=mft-redirect&id=cCwZzNAJNISaWqsAWCjTEw

This is for: https://costumesjoy.com/ domain

Can you please cross check both the issues

Hello,

Please try to update theme manually via FTP – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
and update plugins https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/ then try to disable all 3-rd party plugins (means the plugins that are not included in the theme package are not in the list of required plugins) and repeat the test.
