Unable to update to update to last version of the theme

    Hello,
    I’m trying to update the website but when I attempt with the theme and the core plugin I get a fatal error even with all the other plugins deactivated.
    I tried to do this by uploading the files by SFTP and with WordPress dashboard with no success.
    Is there other way to update these items?
    I’m adding access to the website and the SFTP in case you need them.

    Hello,

    Thanks for using XStore.
    The version of the theme is very old on your site. Also, you did additional customization of the child theme files, so the update can be a bit complicated. One of our technicians may assist you. Please confirm that you have a full backup of your site, theme options, and DB, and let us know.
