    Hello,

I am unable to update my woocommerce plugin because if I update my plugin then it crashes my website. Second, there is a notification showing in my dashboard that updates woocommerce database, if I click update database, this also results in crashing my WordPress site. Due to this, I am unable to use any other plugin regarding my woocommerce payment and shipping modules. Woocommerce which is installed in it is a theme default and can’t be replaced because it crashes the website too!!!

I need a solution to this as soon as possible!!!!

    Thanks!

    Hello,

    Thanks for using our theme.
Have you tried to contact support of WooCommerce plugin?
If your site is live, we would recommend creating a staging site (full copy of the existing one), and doing all updates there first.
Let us know if any assistance from our side will be needed after WooCommerce plugin reply.

    Regards

Enable debug mode in WordPress – https://wordpress.org/support/article/debugging-in-wordpress/ to find out what error appears on your site, it will point you in the right direction what needs to be fixed.
Contact support of WooCommerce plugin – https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/

In this case, you need to contact your hosting provider support.
As I can see, the problem is independent of our theme, so we can’t help, and you need to content previously mentioned support teams.

    Regards
