Unable to update x-store core plugin in wordpress

I’m trying to install x-store template iin wordpress for that it’s required to install x-store i’m unable to install it as it’s throwing error

Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.

Could you please confirm if you are using the Kirki plugin? If so, we kindly ask that you temporarily disable it, as it may interfere with the activation process.

If the problem persists after disabling the Kirki plugin, we would be happy to take a closer look at the situation for you. To do this, we would require temporary access to your wp-admin.

In order to grant us access to the wp-admin panel, we kindly request that you create a new user account with an administrator role through the Dashboard. Once created, please securely share the username and password with us through the Private Content section.
