Unable to update xstore 5..2.1. to 5.2.7

    Hello,

    trying to update xstore core, we get the following error message: Package could not be installed: PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

    Can you please advise?

    If the issue persist, we would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and FTP access share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.
