Unable to update xstore core PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT

Hello,

I see the questions in the forum for the exact issue i’m having, but I cannot find the replies! but I seem to be incurring the same error,

An error occurred while updating XStore: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

Current xstore version is 7.2.3 attempting to update to 7.2.4.
This is a fresh installation of wordpress and woocommerce.

Some help with this issue would be greatly appreciated

I received an email from themeforest of an update to the download files. The only way I was able to resolve this was by uninstalling the theme and updating again. However, upon installing the new files it stated there was an issue attempting to add a file, something about the upgrader..

Notice: Object of class CAJ_ETPU_Theme_Upgrader could not be converted to int in /var/www/wptbox/wp-content/object-cache.php on line 665

Read this comment and our answer to be able to update theme via Dashboard https://themeforest.net/item/xstore-responsive-woocommerce-theme/15780546/comments?page=187&filter=all#comment_26000766

The mentioned error comes to some third-party file, it’s not our theme file, so contact WordPress support about this.

To update theme using autoupdates follow the steps described in the comment or use FTP method to update theme https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
