Unable to upgrade theme – error message “Update Failed: The package could not be installed”

I tried to update my theme, however i am receiving this error message. Please assist.

– follow next steps:
– unregister theme – https://prnt.sc/fIdNdLjNXJai
– enter purchase code and register theme
– go to Dashboard > Updates > click Check again link https://prnt.sc/yygl09

You may try to update the theme after that and you should not face any issues.

OR do the update manually via ftp – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-installation/theme-update/
