Unable to upload theme both via ftp and upload file.

    i am fqacing an error unable to upload theme .i have tried both ftp and upload theme file both time having style sheet error

    Thank you so much for purchasing our theme and contacting our support center.

    We would appreciate it if you could create temporary wp-admin access and FTP access share the details via the private content area. This will allow us to review your settings and better understand the issue at hand and help you install the XStore theme.

    We kindly recommend that you take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

    To create FTP access (FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, FTP encryption) , please contact your hosting provider for assistance.
