Unable to use Live Copy . Can you send me the files for template import?

Unable to use Live Copy
I try to copy some elements on the fly from the xstore elements page but when I click on copy on the fly and they try to paste them into my website it shows the following
Error Sticky notes are not allowed because you have not copied any parts before. You can find the beautiful parts here: https://xstore.8theme.com/widgets/

Can you send me the files for template import?
