Hello,
I would like to get the live paste function working as I am trying to copy this slides container from XStore (photo in private content) . Please let me know how the live copy function works.
ALSO, The layout of elementor is like this (photo in private content), but I want it to display the full website layout during the editing page (photo in private content). How can I get the complete website width to display while editing with elementor xstore theme?

Hello,
Thanks for your reply. How can I change the size for these images in the Products Carousel element? I would like to make these images landscape (custom ratio). Please let me know how to do this.
Thanks.
Hello Mankanwar,
By default, there is no such option.
Could you describe the desired result in more detail?
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
This is the desired result. Instead of having images in a square, I would like to have landscape ratio images (16:9 or something like that). Note the red squares (which is the desired result) and the product title and price shifts up close to the pictures.
Hi @Mankanwar,
Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:
.etheme-product-grid-image {
max-height: 200px;
}

Hello,
Thank you for your reply. I am facing another issue, with the “Xstore Products Grid” widget. I have attached images below.
IMG 1 is how the products grid widget looks when I publish the page from elementor (IMG 2). Please note that these 8 products are the only ones displayed (Setting is to display all products). None others are loaded until I press “APPLY” button from the filters section.
After I press APPLY, all other products load and are shown in IMG 3. Please note, the elements in the red box also appear after I click APPLY (red arrow).
When this happens, the URL also changes from “https://website.com/buy” TO “https://website.com/contacts?product_cat=&min_price=0&max_price=5800000&filter_color=&query_type_color=and&rating_filter=”
The page looks different in elementor, some elements are missing when the page is published.
Please help and let us know what is the problem, and how to fix it. Thanks for your help!

I have attached the credentials and the page. Please let us know what the issue was and how you fixed it. I have two different widgets and trying to get them to work, but unable to. Please delete whichever does not work.
ALSO, can you please check the single product builder template? We are using an auction plugin, and simple widgets like “Place Bid” button (which is just the add to cart) do not show on the published page, but they are present in Elementor editor. I request you to please fix that issue also since you have the login access.
Thanks.
Dear @Mankanwar,
We hope this message finds you well.
We would like to provide you with some information on how the Product Filter element functions. Upon clicking the apply button, the system will redirect you to the shop page, where it will display all the available products that match your selected filter criteria. For your reference, we have attached an example site for you to review.
Regarding the auction plugin, please be advised that any issues related to third-party plugins should be directed to the respective plugin’s author. These issues are beyond the scope of our standard support services.
Thank you for your understanding.

Thank you for your reply.
I fixed the above issue. But in the same product builder element, I want to have a landscape image and added custom CSS provided by you. However, on hover the picture changes its size and looks weird. Please let me now how to fix this? See attached pics.
Also, how can we edit the black hover menu with the 3 buttons? I would like to add corner radius and change padding.
Thanks!

We couldn’t see the issue. This is how it looks on our end: https://www.awesomescreenshot.com/video/29742936?key=4f0f200c9aa43bf9e12a1a8deed0395c

The padding you can change under Edit Mobile Menu > Off Canvas/Dropdown: https://tinyurl.com/2c6e9zub
And here is the custom CSS for border-radius:
.elementor-widget-theme-etheme_mobile_menu .etheme-elementor-off-canvas__main {
border-radius: 25px;
}

That is the incorrect page. Please visit the link provided below.
We are using the Product Builder widget, and it does not show image properly on hover.
Thank you for custom CSS and border radius, however it does not work. I want to change the Black Menu (with 3 options) that appears on hover, on the link given above.
Thanks for your help!

Hello,
Thanks for your help. I have another issue – please visit LINK 1 attached.
You will see I am using XStore Add to Cart / Buy Now button towards the right side (see attached screenshot). How can I edit this “Add to Cart / Buy Now Button” button? I would like to edit the colors, remove some elements and move some around.
Please help. Thanks.
Dear Mankanwar,

Sorry for the issue, please find widget inside red box in screenshot attached
Hi @Mankanwar,
Please try adding this custom CSS under XStore > Theme Options > Theme Custom CSS > Global CSS:
/* price bid */
.woocommerce .quantity #uwa_bid_value.qty {
background-color: transparent;
border: 1px solid #0d3b66;
}
/* bid button */
form#uwa_auction_form button#placebidbutton {
background-color: #0d3b66;
}
/* buy now button */
form.buy-now.cart button.et-single-buy-now {
background-color: #0d3b66 !important;
}
Hope it helps!
Thanks for the support. I think this will be helpful in changing the appearance of the button, but how can I change the location? For example if I want custom bid button stretched, and bid now button below it? This is just an example, I would like to know how I can edit the location of these buttons?
Also, what if I want to remove some widgets from this? Like if I want to remove the time remaining widget and display it elsewhere, how can I do that? Please let me know how you found the CSS code variable for each button, so that I can also do some things myself and not trouble you so much ??
I also cannot see the widget during edit mode in elementor, I only see it when I publish the webpage and refresh page. Any help on this? (see attached screenshot)
I am very thankful for all your support and help!
Dear Mankanwar,
We hope this message finds you well. I would like to inform you that the bid form is automatically generated by a third-party plugin, which unfortunately means we do not have control over its location. However, we can assist you in styling it by applying custom CSS.
For guidance on how to identify the correct CSS class of elements, please refer to the following tutorial: [Grabbing CSS Selectors from Your Browser](https://support.helpdocs.io/article/eh3pzxNwYf-grabbing-css-selectors-from-your-browser#:~:text=want%20to%20target%3F-,Simply%20right%20click%20and%20click%20Inspect%20Element.,CSS%20selectors%20for%20that%20element.)

Thank you for your support!
I have this header which is optimized for desktop. I want to adjust the spacing, buttons etc on it’s Mobile version. How can I do this?
For example, the search bar you see in the attached screenshot (desktop), on the Mobile version I only want to see the blue search button. How can I change this?
You can see how the buttons disappear, how do I make them appear? Is this a spacing issue?
Thanks.
Dear Mankanwar,
We recommend creating a new container that incorporates the logo, search function, and mobile element. This container should be configured to display exclusively on mobile devices.

Thanks for your reply. I have this page, link attached below. I am unable to edit this page “with elementor”. I would like to edit this “posts” page to show all posts, change the layout and add some headings etc, but I cannot do that. The page is added as “posts page” on wordpress settings, as you can see in attached screenshots.
Also, I have 2 posts on my website currently. Their URL is “website.com/post-title”. I would like to edit this to “website.com/posts/post-title” so that there is a main page (posts) which then nests further into individual posts. How can I edit the URL of all posts to show like this?
Please help me.
Dear Mankanwar,
We hope this message finds you well. I would like to provide you with guidance on managing your posts page and permalink settings effectively.
1. **Editing with Elementor**: If your posts page is currently set as a blog page, it will not be editable using Elementor. To proceed with editing using Elementor, please first navigate to **Settings > Reading** and remove the current setting. You can refer to this screenshot for guidance: [https://prnt.sc/32tz_WYDje0N](https://prnt.sc/32tz_WYDje0N). Once this adjustment is made, you should be able to edit the page with Elementor and subsequently add the posts element as needed.
2. **Updating Permalink Settings**: To include ‘posts’ in your post permalinks, please go to **Settings > Permalink > Custom Structure** and insert the following structure: /posts/%postname%/
. For your reference, here is a screenshot that outlines these steps: [https://prnt.sc/JqJsDHQit_Bd](https://prnt.sc/JqJsDHQit_Bd).

Hello again,
I am trying to set up the product page as shown in the screenshots, but I am unable to. I want to reduce the height of the column on the right so that the total height of both columns is the same.
Is there a way for the column on the right to have a MORE option for all photos? I tried to search for a MAX height option but did not find. Hope from my screenshots the type of layout I want is clear.
Also, how can I add a table like attached using wordpress widgets? They will use the product data.
Thanks!
Hi @Mankanwar,
This is how it looks on our end: https://prnt.sc/m4p4ceoMMFyo
Did you sort it out?

Hello,
Yes, I tried to fix it by giving the right column CSS max-height: 299px, but it looks different on your screen because it is a larger screen. Is there a way for me to define this maximum height that can adapt to all screen sizes?
Also, please let me know how I can add a table like feature, as shown in the screenshot.
One more thing, I am using the sticky feature to keep product name and short description visible at all times, but if you scroll down on the page and click on the Header’s hamburger menu, the sticky section is above the hamburger menu, which should not be the case. How can I fix this? Screenshots attached. Hope the issue is clear.
Please help me on these 3 things. Thank you for your help!

The best way is set the max-height for the right column then add a scrollbar also:
max-height: 622px;
overflow-y: scroll;
Also, please let me know how I can add a table like feature, as shown in the screenshot.
This plugin can help to achieve that: https://wordpress.org/plugins/tablepress/

Please set the z-index of that sticky section to 1: https://prnt.sc/_KaNjnzTOFW5
