I installed Royal Theme, selected demo content and the business template.
Problems:
1. The theme’s home page will not show. I receive a 404 page error
2. I added the default Master Slide and it will not show on the home page
3. When I scroll down, the default Royal logo appears in the navigation, not my custom logo
4. I don’t see in the instructions how to remove the “language options” from the upper menu
5. I don’t see in the instructions how to make a full one-page scroll like the demo.
Overall, I am very frustrated.
My Site is here:
http://www.roundtable.ceo.php53-14.dfw1-1.websitetestlink.com
I want my site to look like the demo: https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=16104&et_styles=0-1-1-3-0-5
Hello,
1) Page can be set as Home page in Dashboard > Settings > Reading > Front page
2) We have set your ‘Home2’ page as front page and Master slider is displayed correctly.
3) This problem was caused by your caching plugin. We have temporary disabled it and fixed logo is displayed correctly now. Plugin is activated back.
4) Please add following code into custom.css file.
.languages-area{
display:none;
}
Here is a video tutorial how to create custom.css: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Qok2zRedRMY&feature=youtu.be
5) Please check following part of documentation: https://www.8theme.com/demo/docs/royal/#!/3_one_page

Your information was helpful.
Here are the next round of questions that I couldn’t find answers to:
1. This is your demo page. https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=16104&et_styles=0-1-1-3-0-5
2. Issues:
a. I can’t figure out how to have the home page image show all the way, through the header
b. My current Master Slider doesn’t auto rotate and I would like it work similar to the demo
Hello,
On our demo we use Revolution Slider.
If you want to use the same template you can install it in Theme Options > Import/Export, select Corporate One Page version.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
This approach did not work. The home page now says 404 error, there is no home slider. Please help fix this. As I shared previously, I want the site to look like: https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=16104&et_styles=0-1-1-3-0-5
I’ve added Revolution Slider to the home2 page, but the images are not appearing transparently behind the navigation. I also can’t find the images of the business photos used in the demo listed above.
Additionally, I want to customize the one page, but I can’t not find any descriptions or examples on the modules that appear when choosing the + sign on Visual Composer. Where can I find the additional details?
Hello,
Please provide us with FTP credentials as well.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Sure, I’ve put the FTP details in the Private Content section.
Hello,
Please ask your host to increase values for post_max_size, upload_max_filesize functions to 20M.
Then let us know.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Ok, this has been done. set .htaccess file to allow for large page size.
Hello,
Very likely that file_get_contents() function is disabled in the server configuration. It caused problems with default import.
Please check it with your host.
Thank you.

Eva Kemp.
Thank you for your assistance. I see the home page on our test site is almost the same as the demo.
The open question is how to make the rotating image appear all the way to the top or to say it another way, to appear behind the navigation/header? Currently the home page rotator stops below the header.
Test site: http://www.roundtable.ceo.php53-14.dfw1-1.websitetestlink.com
Your original demo site: https://www.8theme.com/demo/royal/?page_id=16104&et_styles=0-1-1-3-0-5
Secondly, where are the elements on the single home page that I can edit on my test site?
Hello,
I’ve disabled the plugin “Root Relative URLs” which caused conflict with the theme and now the slider is behind the menu. Please check.
To edit the element on the Home page you need edit Corporate One Page in wp-admin panel > Pages.

Eva Kemp.
