Unbale to import DEMO templates and no errors

I am trying to import DEMO templates but as I clicked on IMPORT the screen goes little dim but not imported so far.

Additionally, please provide temporary wp-admin access and specify the desired demo version you wish to import. Once we have this information, we will proceed to verify how the import functions on your site.

We would like to assure you that we have not encountered any import issues on our test sites.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.
