    Dear Team,

I’m getting an error on my website, after having updated with the last theme, WordPress and Woocommerce version.

I’m getting the following error on the Chrome Console (see the private content area).

I have of course DESACTIVATED ALL PLUGINS, but the error still occurs. It’s causing a lot of error in the pages, like the grey footer color that doesn’t appear in product page (unlike the home page).

Can you please help me figuring out how I can solve this issue?

    Thank you in advance,

    Best regards,
    Sofiane

    Hello,

Fixed. Also, contact your hosting provider and ask to check the permissions for some files http://prntscr.com/rbloiq because it does not load and affect some design and maybe Dashboard options.

    Hi Olga,

Do you know why the Zoom Effect still doesn’t work on my website (when I’m not connected to wordpress)? I tried the Lens and Windows way, but a white image appear instead of the main product image, even when all plugins are desactivated (see image in private area).

(you would need to clear Wp rocket cache once you activate the Lens mode)

Thank you in advance for your kind help,
    Sofiane

    Hello,

First of all, check if everything is ok with the file permissions on your server because we get 403 error from time to time for different images on your site http://prntscr.com/re5y25 We can’t check your site without VPN, maybe problem with access is related to this but I’m not sure.
Also, keep the lazy loading option of the WP Rocket plugin disabled because it seems it conflicts with the zoom script http://prntscr.com/re5zad
Clear cache plugin and Cloudflare CDN caches after disabling of that option. Let me know if it helps.

    Regards

    Hello Olga,

Thank you so much! The Zoom script is now running well on my website. It was surely because of the Lazy load from Wp Rocket ! 🙂

Last question: when you ask to check the file permission, do I need to contact my Host, or is it on the FTP section?

    Hello,

I suppose it’s better to contact the hosting provider, send that screenshot and ask what’s wrong with the permissions and why that error appears.
