Hi i have a error and i cant send emails to customer, admin email is working, the site is new i never had this problem, can help me please?

i configured all dns and deliverability options

Hello @ramvidal,

We believe that the issue you are experiencing may be due to a conflict with a third-party plugin. We suggest disabling all third-party plugins (including cache plugins) that do not come bundled with XStore (https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/included-plugins/), clearing the cache of the browser, and then checking again. It is possible that one of the additional plugins is causing the issue.

If the issue persists, we recommend keeping all third-party plugins deactivated on your site and granting permission to debug your site, which includes deactivating all third-party plugins and on-site Customization. This will allow us to investigate and assist you accordingly. Please note that you should take a complete backup of your site before proceeding.

I disabled all plugins and themes and continues the problem. Don’t send emails to buyers, please can check the site with the provided credentials. …

If it site can’t be fixed. Exists a way to export all x store settings ti a new subdomain?

About email, try to disable our Email builder (XStore > Built-in Email Builder > Off) and check if emails can be sent then.
If the situation is independent of it, you need to contact your hosting provider and WooCommerce https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ to get assistance with this question that is independent of the theme.
