Hi i have a error and i cant send emails to customer, admin email is working, the site is new i never had this problem, can help me please?

About email, try to disable our Email builder (XStore > Built-in Email Builder > Off) and check if emails can be sent then.
If the situation is independent of it, you need to contact your hosting provider and WooCommerce https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/woocommerce/ to get assistance with this question that is independent of the theme.
