Hi
I am running into this error. I can not save anything in woocommerce at all without triggering it. I have tried to disable all plugins and still get it whenever making any changes to woocommerce products.
Fatal error: Uncaught RuntimeException: Error saving action: Database error. in /home/customer/www/fightface.co.nz/public_html/nvhmtoxx/wp-content/plugins/action-scheduler/classes/data-stores/ActionScheduler_DBStore.php:118 Stack trace: #0 /home/customer/www/fightface.co.nz/public_html/nvhmtoxx/wp-content/plugins/action-scheduler/classes/data-stores/ActionScheduler_DBStore.php(62): ActionScheduler_DBStore->save_action_to_db(Object(ActionScheduler_Action), NULL, false) #1 /home/customer/www/fightface.co.nz/public_html/nvhmtoxx/wp-content/plugins/action-scheduler/classes/ActionScheduler_ActionFactory.php(244): ActionScheduler_DBStore->save_action(Object(ActionScheduler_Action)) #2 /home/customer/www/fightface.co.nz/public_html/nvhmtoxx/wp-content/plugins/action-scheduler/classes/ActionScheduler_ActionFactory.php(114): ActionScheduler_ActionFactory->store(Object(ActionScheduler_Action)) #3 /home/customer/www/fightface.co.nz/public_html/nvhmtoxx/wp-content/plugins/action-scheduler/functions.php(81): ActionScheduler_ActionFact in /home/customer/www/fightface.co.nz/public_html/nvhmtoxx/wp-content/plugins/action-scheduler/classes/data-stores/ActionScheduler_DBStore.php on line 118
Please help.
Hello, @Nick,
We suggest that you deactivate the “action scheduler” plugin on your site as it appears to be causing the issue. We also recommend that you reach out to the plugin author for further assistance.
Best Regards,

Hi Tony

Hello, Nick,
We would appreciate it if you could provide us with the URL of the page where you are experiencing this issue. Additionally, if you could provide us with your WordPress Admin URL and credentials in the private content area of this topic, we would be happy to investigate further and see if we can assist you.
Best Regards,
8Theme’s Team
Thankyou, please see details 🙂
Hello Nick,
Thank you for providing us with the details and granting us permission to debug your site. We have conducted a thorough debugging of your site and have captured a video of the process, which you can view here: https://www.veed.io/view/995beaa6-864c-4418-9f4e-f4f5f2cab5e1?sharingWidget=true&panel=share.
But the issue persist and then we Installed and Activated the default WordPress Theme on your site, however, the issue persists. We have recorded a video for you to watch here: https://www.veed.io/view/1afcb7dd-fa12-45d8-9c32-c831e713055b?sharingWidget=true&panel=share.
It appears that the issue is not related to our theme, but rather to WooCommerce. We suggest that you reach out to WooCommerce support and ask them to resolve the issue with the default WordPress Theme. Once the issue is resolved with the default WordPress Theme, it should also work fine with our theme.
We apologize for any inconvenience caused by deactivating your third-party plugins for debugging purposes, as shown in the video.
Thank you for your understanding.
Best regards,
8Theme’s Team
