We are starting to put our testing sites as under construction to stop letting bots/spam attacks happen on them.
Website is on PCA
We managed to put on, as under construction but the page is appearing blank and the URL is showing the page ID versus it just being the domain name.
And there’s a random icon bar on the right side.
1) How can we put a custom page such as this one;

– Is there any video or article we can read?
2) How can we make only the domain name show, versus the page as well?
3) Can we remove the bar appearing on the right side?
