Hello,
We can’t log in to your site – https://gyazo.com/ea2a42564db5c271eac0412f9f0191f2 Please check the credentials.
To be able to translate the site, you need to read this article first – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/base-theme-translation/
We asked wp-admin access to be able to upload pre-created translation files, but we can’t log in right now.
Please download translation files of the theme from this page – https://www.8theme.com/glotpress/projects/xstore/xstore/ , rename as described in docs and place into the correct folder, then sync – https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/theme-translation/translation-files-update/
and continue translation. Do the same for XStore Core plugin.
This article will help you to translate WooCommerce – https://woocommerce.com/document/woocommerce-localization/
Let us know if you need any further assistance.
Regards
Please, this is not my statement that you are entering
Please try again
Enter this data, please pay attention
Hello,
Thanks for the correct wp-admin access.
We’ve uploaded translation files for the theme and Core plugin.
Please note that the child theme should be activated on site, but the parent theme should be translated, you need to edit the translation of the parent XStore theme, not XStore child.
The translation we provided is not full, you still need to continue translation manually (just strings visible on frontend).
You can translate/change content of pages using Elementor, menus via Appearance > Menus, header content via Theme Options > Header Builder.
If you can’t find where to change particular strings, let us know and we will help.
Regards
Should I change my website from xstor child to xstor there so that I can translate?
No, you may use the child theme on the site, just translate the parent theme.
The child theme should be translated only in case you added custom code in child theme that includes localization functions.
Regards
Should I change my website from here to there so that I can translate?
do i delete xstore child and then download xstore again
No, you should not delete child theme, just continue the translation of XStore parent theme, all will be fine.
Regards
Could, you, please change the rating for the support you set on ThemeForest?
Regards
Yes, I will modify the evaluation
Although I have not been able to translate the website until this moment
Thank you and thank you for supporting me and I have given you 5 stars
I do not think that I can continue because I work in an Arab country and my website must be in Arabic and I really could not translate the website
Thank you! Have a nice day!
Regards
