UNINSTALL AND RE-INSTALL THE THEME - by Sonia

    Hello!
    I need uninstall wordpress and reinstall it from scratch. First I try to deactivate theme, but I only get a pop up messege that states “Error while deactivating”.
    ¿Can you help me?

    Hello,

    If you want to run the fresh WordPress installation you can use WordPress Database Reset plugin https://wordpress.org/plugins/wordpress-database-reset/ The plugin can be used to remove all the existing content and install a new version from scratch. It is recommended to disable the theme https://prnt.sc/unle03 before the reset.

    Yes, I try to disable the theme, but is not working…i get a pop up messege that states “Error while deactivating”.

    Please provide URL of site where the theme should be deactivated.
