Unknown and expired licence is activated on my domain, can’t unregister.

Hello,
I was reading some blog and found out about Xstore theme
somehow I was lead to a page where I downloaded the theme and installed on my store. Surprisingly, the theme was already registered and it never asked me for any license code. I am unable to unregister it and it does not show if my theme is linked with any domain.
my domain is: https://stiction.in
please link my license code to my domain so that I can use it.

Hello, Nitin Sharma,

Please provide temporary wp-admin access. We need to check your settings.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

It shows that I can now register but when I put my code in it, it gives a prompt “error while deactivating”

license issue is resolved I guess but I am unable to import a prebuilt theme

Some issues have been fixed by disabling third party plugins and removing pages. I am now registered with my own license and I am on the page where it is now letting me select “next step” to import demo content.
however it says “Can not create or activate new child theme. Please contact our support.”
If I skip to next step
it does not install all the plugins and content in it.
