Today, I experienced my first issue with pricing / shipping calculation, which occured in the same transaction.
When I try to replicate the same sale, everything works as expected – correct product price and shipping cost.
This is a faily awkward position and am waiting to hear back from the customer. As they got extremely cheap pricing they will no doubt be very upset.
The bigger issue though is how this could have occured. I did wonder if they had other products in the cart and removed them causing some kind of issue, but I have tried doing that and cannot get an error to occur. The shipping cost charged was only the base price, the Shipping Class cost did not calculate.
What could have caused this problem and how can I avoid it happening again?
