    Hello,

    Your site under maintenance mode, so we can’t check it.
    Could you provide temporary wp-admin access and a screenshot of the problem?

    Hello,

    Go to XStore > Files generator > if you used it make sure that back to top option is also enabled and press the Generate button again.

    Provide access to your wp-admin panel, not just user credentials, but username and password that allow us to access the backend (Dashboard), so we can check the current setting and help you.
