Up-sells and Cross sells not working - by findanish

Hello,

When I am selecting a product in either up sells or cross sells and click on update, the page times out while updating. The changes are not saved. I tried in different browsers but getting the same problem.

I am getting the same problem with everything, not just up sells and cross sells. I cannot update anything!

Hello,

Please update the theme to the latest version – 3.6

Don’t forget to create a back up of your files and database before update.

If you have difficulties please provide us with FTP credentials and we’ll help you to update the theme.

For some reason I am unable to get the Cross sells product to be displayed under the main product, but the up-sells product works fine.

Hello,

Cross-sells are products which you promote in the cart, based on the current product.
They aren’t shown on a single product page.

Please check it on the Cart page after adding a product to the cart.
