I have a problem after activating Xstore Theme and Woocommerce on my website:

The problem is the high processing consumption of the website, which is consuming my entire server.

by deactivating the woocomerce xstore plugin the server reduces congestion

I returned the theme’s original settings, so you can look and tell me what can be done to reduce it.

    Thanks

    Hello, Marcos,

Thank you for reaching out to us with your concern.

Please provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access. We will check what can be done to help you.

To grant WP-Admin access, please proceed to create a new user account with an administrator role through your WordPress Dashboard. Once the account is established, you may securely transmit the username and password to us via the Private Content section designated for this purpose.

For FTP access, we require the following details: FTP host, FTP username, FTP password, FTP port, and FTP encryption type. If you need assistance in creating these credentials, please reach out to your hosting provider who will guide you through the process.

    Dear @Marcos,

I hope this message finds you well.

Firstly, we kindly request that you address the system requirements as outlined in the following link: https://prnt.sc/GF8xo-Sk9RJu. Ensuring these are met is crucial for optimal performance.

Secondly, we would appreciate it if you could provide guidance on how to monitor CPU usage from the dashboard. Is this feature available, or is monitoring exclusively possible from the hosting server side?

Additionally, we recommend reviewing and implementing the solutions discussed in the following articles to enhance your website’s performance:

    Dear @Jack Richardson,

I hope this message finds you well too

I saw in the topics on this forum that this same 100% CPU problem has already been reported, as per the topics below.

    https://www.8theme.com/topic/issue-with-server-cpu-ram-since-last-update-not-the-first-post-to-report-this/#post-403080

I need to know if you have a solution for this, as my website is active and I can’t keep it any longer like this

Today he is completely with his theme and nothing more just to resolve this issue

    To monitor I am using
    Monitoring via terminal

To monitor: access via SSH terminal, then type “top”

Below is an image from the last report I took which is using the CPU a lot with its original theme without changes

    Best Regards,
    Marcos

    Dear @Marcos,

I hope this message finds you well. In our ongoing efforts to enhance website performance, we have identified several common solutions that have proven effective:

    1. Adjusting the PHP version on your website.
    2. Upgrading the server specifications to meet your website’s requirements.
    3. Deactivating resource-intensive features or plugins.
    4. Notably, the Elementor and WooCommerce plugins have frequently been identified as significant contributors to high CPU usage. We recommend reaching out to their support teams for further assistance.

Additionally, we offer a comprehensive analysis service, similar to what we have successfully provided for other clients. You can review these cases for reference:

Should you wish for us to conduct a detailed examination of your site to pinpoint the primary issues, please provide us with the necessary wp-admin and FTP access credentials in a secure manner.

Thank you for your attention to this matter. We look forward to assisting you in optimizing your website.
