    Hey,

Can someone please check and see if I need to update the theme?

If so, where do I get the update file from? I see the Plugin update section…is that where I need to download the file from? If so, am I downloading the Royal_PSD_Ecommerce file?

I am having some trouble figuring out which version I should be operating on. Thanks!!

    Please, contact administrator
    for this information.

Also, when updating the plugins…am I deleting the old file from the wp-content/plugin section and replacing it with the new? Which part of this folder holds my data that I have customized so I do not delete all of my work I have done.

    Hello,

You are using old theme version, as the latest one is 3.0 https://themeforest.net/item/royal-multipurpose-wordpress-theme/8611976?s_rank=3 http://prntscr.com/ethrht
Please update the theme to the latest version.
You need to log in to ThemeForest account with your Envato credentials and find new theme archive in Downloads section.
Before update delete “woocommerce” folder in the directory wp-content/themes/royal/ and it’ll be reuploaded from a new theme package.
Also update all required plugins https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ enter your purchase code of the theme to get the plugins. Please try to update plugins via FTP just replace the folder with new update in wp-content/plugins/.
Don’t forget to create back up of your files and database before starting update process!

(it’s for Legenda theme but the process is the same)

    Regards,
    Rose Tyler.
