Update disorganized home site - by jamilson

Hello, the last update disorganized the main menu, the category block is to be next to the products, the products is now down, leaving a blank, I use to create the page WPBakery Page Builder 5.4.4 .

Hello,

If you updated theme to latest version, make sure that all required plugins also up-to-date https://www.8theme.com/documentation/xstore/plugins/plugins-update/
Then provide temporary w-admin access in Private Content.

Is it the WPBakery Page Builder Plugin?

I’ll have to get the premium WPBakery Page Builder? hence it’s complicated the puglin came along with the theme and now it has problems in the current version

Hello,

You do not need to buy the plugin. Latest versions of plugins you can find here – https://www.8theme.com/download-plugins/ (to update premium plugins, connect to your server using FTP. Copy extracted plugins folders into wp-content/plugins/).

Looks like the problem on your Home page relates to our Products element. We will fix this bug in next theme update. To fix it on your site before the update, we need temporary wp-admin and FTP access.
