Hi,

I am getting this error when i update:

The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature

and when i update manually via ftp i get this

Good thing i made a back up of the old version – looks like i am not the only one having this issue!
Can you help with this pls?

Provide temporary wp-admin and FTP access.

We have updated theme and XStore core plugin. Site works fine if both are up to date.
