Hello,
I have just installed a recently purchased theme of XStore, and activated it and it failed to update with the following error:
Update failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10): Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature
I wanted to use the same theme for two staging sites, but after this decided it may be creating the issue, so added another theme’s license on the new staging website. I will deactivate it later when the redesign is done.
Would you please check what may be the reason for the above? I have tried everything but manual FTP (via the Envato plugin, via the theme options, via the WordPress Update page).
Kind regards,
Kalin
