Hi 8theme team,
I am also facing the same issue.
We had one live enviroment and a staging one. I was working on updating the staging enviroment when i ran into that error. I have deactivated both licences and then registered on the staging enviroment but it doesn’t work still.
Please assist.
Dear JustBrian,
Thank you for contacting us and for using XStore.
Because your site is localhost we can’t check it.
Navigate to your Dashboard, select ‘Updates’, and then click on “Check again” to refresh the update status.
Or download archives from this page – https://www.8theme.com/downloads/
Go to Dashboard > Plugins > Add new > Upload plugin > Choose plugin (downloaded from https://www.8theme.com/downloads) > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the plugin will be updated on your site.
Go to Dashboard > Themes > Add new > Upload theme > Choose file > Install now > click on “Replace current with uploaded” and the theme will be updated on your site.
If you have any additional questions or concerns, please do not hesitate to reach out to us. Our support team is always available to assist you.
Kind Regards,
8theme team
