    Hello.
    I’m running your Royal Theme and I can’t find where I’ve purchased it to ask for technical support on this error, Update Failed: The package could not be installed. PCLZIP_ERR_BAD_FORMAT (-10) : Unable to find End of Central Dir Record signature when I update the plugin. When I go to theme to update not under plugins (appearance) it wrecks my web page, http://www.bvwjewelers.com so I have to restore my backups. I’m not sure what is needed to be done here.

    Hello,

    1) What is the username to login to your WP Dashabrod
    2) FTP user or pass is incorrect http://prntscr.com/r0ns44
    Please, check and provide the correct one.
