    No. Thank you for your help resolving this issue.

    I did notice there are two Xstore Core plugins. Should I delete the old one or leave it?

    Hello,

    Oh, yes. I forgot to remove it. You can delete both old theme and old plugin.

    It is when customers are trying to place orders. We are getting failed orders.
