Update failure - by gewoonbovenaan - on WordPress WooCommerce support

On many webshops running Xstore ( i have more then 25 licenses) i get to see this error when updating. https://gyazo.com/aaeffa9f37991da8b101b25a48a7a559

when updating on FTP it doesnt change the backend it still says its the older theme.

Can u pls check?

Hello,

We tried to update the theme and did not face any problem with that https://gyazo.com/334e2825d37a1d883ef066faf85c7916

As a rule, such issue appears if you activated the theme on another domain and then moved to the new one. Then you need: 1) reactivate the theme using your purchase code 2) Click the Check again button to clear the old token http://prntscr.com/vycwqx and then press the update button.

Oh good to know. Another issue which remains is the logo which doesnt appear on the same site i mentioned. https://gyazo.com/06b44f20a0a3e0748a8c70fffa1cdf20

can u pls tell me why that is?

Hello,

You have uploaded the logo using http and that’s why you did not see it because it was blocked by the browser. I have installed Really simple SSL plugin to fix the https issue.
Also, I tested the logo size and don’t see problem with this https://gyazo.com/718de77da4203f0184de95d2b3ed5378
Could you, please, tell me what width of the logo do you want to have?
