    Hi there
I want to update a website from my old version to the latest version. However when I tried by clicking on the update it completely broke the them, even took out my website logo! I had to reinstate a back up copy to get it working again.
I have now taken a copy and put onto a test server website so that I can try updating it there. Please can you help. I sent you an email where ‘Just provide us with WP Dashboard and FTP access to your staging site and also with link to your production site to compare results after the update. Once we update theme at staging site you’ll be able to check it and if everything is ok then we’ll move update to the production site.’
I assume by ‘staging site’ you mean the test site and ‘production site’ is the live website?
    Thanks Jan

    Hello,

We were able to update site without FTP. Check the staging site now, please. If everything is ok then we’ll update production.

    Regards

    Hello,

What version of the PHP do you use on the production site? We can’t install/activate the updated version of the WooCommerce plugin because out of date PHP version on your site http://prntscr.com/qtjalp It should be 7.0 or greater.
Please, update PHP on the production to proceed.

    Regards
